Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesCare Plans:
Update Care Plans as needed to reflect current resident needs.
Attend Care Plan Conferences and provide overview of nursing care services being provided.
Clinical Assessments:
Complete Risk Assessments (Falls, Skin, Elopement, Pain, Side Rails, B and B, and any other required risk assessments) quarterly, annually and with any significant change in status.
Complete and document clinical assessments on all residents with a significant change in condition.
Unit Supervision:
Review and maintain 24 hour report sheet to assure identification of and proper follow through of changes in resident clinical condition.
Draft and maintain acute care plans to address acute changes in resident condition.
Supervise the provision of care by front line nursing staff on unit.
Review clinical documentation to assure accurate and professional representation of resident's clinical condition.
Identify any areas of clinical improvement needed on the unit and formulate plans to address.
Provide mentoring, coaching, education and corrective action as needed to front line nursing staff to assure the provision of quality care and services.
Additional Responsibilities:
Obtain, review and communicate information regarding residents' nutritional and hydration status in NAR meetings, skin integrity, falls and other systems as assigned.
Communication of all identified areas of concern with Director of Nursing, Administrator, and/or Quality Assurance Committee.
Job Requirements:
Must be a licensed RN in the State of employment
Minimum two years long-term care experience
Knowledge of ISDH guidelines preferred

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
