Sigourney, Iowa At Sinclair Tractor, we pride ourselves on being the destination in Southeast Iowa for agricultural equipment, precision farming, agronomic decision support, NAPA parts and supplies.
With thirteen John Deere dealerships, five NAPA parts locations and a Supply Store, we are looking for motivated and talented people to join our team.
Purpose:
To support performance improvement initiatives for the sales team with specific and data-driven analysis for driving the sale of new and used agricultural, construction and turf equipment.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Evaluate sales analytics and provide insight to the sales team to facilitate intended sales activity Work with Product Line Managers to improve advertising of new and used equipment Assist with inventory audits Customer Relations Management projects including customer segmentation data and develop processes and procedures to correct and maintain accurate customer data Assist retail customers with purchase of equipment Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:
Student in good scholastic standing who is pursuing a degree in ag business, ag sales or analytics Outgoing personality with ability to work with a team and individually Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, such as Word and Excel Basic Knowledge of Customer Relations Management technology and philosophy Ag equipment knowledge preferred Regular and predictable attendance Working Conditions & Requirements:
Sitting for extended periods of time Standing for extended periods of time Lifting at least 75-pounds Office and Workshop setting Travel as needed This is not an all-inclusive list of job-related responsibilities, skills, or working conditions.
